What is published

Rarity is Legendary. The tower pity for Legendary is 100, and the tower card says some subscriptions reduce pity by 30%. A current bundle purchase path is not verified here.

No equip prerequisite is described in the current prose sources. The Devil prerequisite belongs to Anti Magic’s demonic form and cannot be transferred to Battle Lightning.

  • Skill names, damage, cooldowns, and point costs: unverified from the current description.
  • Thunder God and Elf Ascension: current status and unlock steps unverified.

Awakening searches

Earlier research associated Thunder God and Elf Ascension with this book. The current text does not verify that association, the B/N keys, or a locked/in-development status. No current unlock guide or race requirement can be established from these sources.

Questions

How do you awaken Battle Lightning into Thunder God?

A current unlock procedure and release status are not verified from the image-only card. Older research is not enough to claim that it is obtainable or locked today.

Does Battle Lightning need the Elf race?

No such prerequisite is verified in the current text. The name Elf Ascension does not establish a race requirement.
